Green protein smoothie

We have a healthy and, above all, very tasty recipe for a healthy green smoothie with proteins for you. This allows you to start every day energetically or end a workout. This smoothie is nutritious, creamy and filling!

Ingredients

This is what you need for two glasses:

  • 30 gram Beyuna Protein
  • 350 ml vegetable milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • A handful of spinach
  • Chia seeds

Preparation

Cut the banana and apple into pieces, and wash the spinach. Put all ingredients together in a blender. Mix for 1 minute until smooth. Pour into a glass and drink!
