Kale Protein Smoothie
Kale season has arrived. This vegetable can be harvested from September to January. Instead of a traditional mashed dish, you can also make a smoothie with it! Fun fact: kale tastes best after frost, as it becomes a bit sweeter.
Ingredients
What you need for two glasses:
- 400 ml almond milk
- 75 g finely chopped kale (fresh or frozen)
- 50 g spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1 avocado
- 300 g pineapple chunks
- 30 g Beyuna Protein
Preparation
Put all the ingredients together in a blender. Mix for a few minutes until everything is smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
