Usage

The recommended daily dosage for an adult is 1 sachet (2 grams).
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a glass of lukewarm water and let it stand for about 2-3 minutes. Stir well before intake.
Preferably drink on an empty stomach: in the morning or before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Store in a dark, sealed place at a temperature of 25ºF - 77ºF, and out of the reach of young children.
